I recently received this product, the Caress Love Forever 12 Hour Scent Technology Body Wash, in a Vox Box from Influenster.com, along with a bottle of Simple Micellar Water, as a complimentary product for sample and review. Here is what I think of the products.
Caress Love Forever Body Wash
This body wash is brand new in the Caress line of products, and has just now become available for purchase. It’s the first of it’s kind in that it provides 12 hour scent technology. The bottle claims that whenever you touch your skin for up to 12 hours, it will release a burst of scent. After using the product, I find the claims to be true. It’s impressive, to say the least.
The product smells like roses, peaches, and berry notes. It’s very feminine, and leaves you smelling gorgeous all day long. If you forget your perfume but have used this product for your morning shower – no worries, you will still smell great! I’ve received compliments and people have asked me what I am wearing. That’s how you know it’s good.
I will admit, the first time I used the product, it was overwhelming in scent because I used too much. It does state on the back of the bottle to use a small amount, but the first time I used it I went a bit overboard and used about a golf ball sized amount. Oops!
The second time I used it, I used about a quarter sized amount, and the scent wasn’t overpowering – it was just right. It leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth all at once. I love this product and I recommend it highly. I would buy it in the store.
Simple Micellar Cleansing Water
When I received this product, I was super excited to give it a try. Not only does it cleanse your face without the use of water, but it also hydrates and provides moisturization, and it also removed makeup. What?! Yes, you read right. A three in one product free of harsh dyes, chemicals, and additives. I really, really wanted this product to be great – and guess what? It is.
I used it to remove my foundation, blush and bronzer and it worked fantastic. Simply apply the product to a cotton pad, swipe it gently across your face – no harsh scrubbing, ladies – and voila! Its like magic. I was super impressed. The only problem I had was with the fact that it didn’t remove my waterproof eyeliner and mascara – but that was to be expected. I needed to use makeup wipes on that area.
The second time I used it, I made sure to use it on regular mascara and eyeliner, and I’m happy to report that the product worked well and removed all traces of the makeup. I even did a spot test after both uses to see if the product really removed all traces of makeup with a makeup removing wipe, and it did. Very happy girl here, and I will definitely add it to my skin care routine.
I encourage you ladies to give both products a try, because if your experience is anything like mine was, you will adore both of these products and be thoroughly happy with your purchase.

After testing out each of the amazing products – which, I didn’t get to do as quickly as I would have liked since life has a way of getting in the way – I developed opinions of each of the products. Here is my 100% honest feedback.
Hey Honey Healing Hand Cream
As soon as I opened this sample pot and smelled the product, I knew it would be love at first use! The intense (yet, perfectly intense) fragrance of lemon and raspberry wafted out at me like a glass of freshly squeezed raspberry lemonade. I can’t even put into words how fabulous this product smells! It goes on smooth and silky, and left my hands (which, by the way, are very prone to exceptionally dry skin) feeling hydrated instantaneously. My skin drank it all in. It stung for a minute, most likely due to the fact that my knuckles had a lot of dry skin at the time and the product was beginning to absorb. After a couple of minutes, it stopped – and my hands were left highly hydrated, smelled fantabulous, and the skin appeared much more supple and beautiful. Overall, I will definitely purchase this product in the future. It was hard to pick a favorite product, but this one, I would have to say, is my favorite of them all.
The Caffeinator
I made sure to use this on a day where I woke up from less sleep than usual. I had gotten about four hours’ worth of sleep the night before, and was exhausted when I had woken up. Dark circles plagued my eyes. I knew I was going to need something more than a strong cup of coffee or two to look alive. The Caffeinator came to my rescue as promised. It was super simple to apply, and when I looked in the mirror about 30 minutes later, I looked vibrant and my skin was much brighter and, for lack of a better word, happy. It looked as though I was well rested the night before. I was skeptical about this product, but that was the reason I chose it for my product sampler. I wanted to prove or disprove it’s ability to actually make your skin look brighter and healthier – more glowing and awake. Sure enough, it did what it was intended to do. I like the product a lot, but I don’t think I’d buy it in the future because generally, I get plenty of sleep and wouldn’t have much use for it. For those who run on fumes on the daily, you would definitely benefit from this awesome product.
Chin Up, Buttercup Bubble Bar
I was really looking forward to a nice bath this past week, as I’m usually rushing, rushing, rushing around and I’m lucky if I get 10 minutes in the shower. I took some ‘me’ time and decided I’d listen to Celtic Woman, light some candles, and relax in a steamy bubble bath. What could have made a relaxing bath with amazing Irish music and candles even more romantic and relaxing? This fantastic little piece of heaven known as the Chin Up, Buttercup bubble bar. It immediately went to work, infusing the water with bubbles and the scent was absolutely heavenly. I liken it to whipped cream or sweet cream that you would use in coffee. It was just incredible. The water felt as though it was immediately infused with moisture – and I’m the kind of girl who likes to fill my tub almost to the top. One bubble bar did the trick for a full bath. When I got out of the tub after about 45 minutes, my skin felt so soft and silky, just like I had moisturized with a good lotion. It was an invigorating experience, and I would definitely buy these in the future!
Drop Dead Gorgeous Dead Sea Salt Scrub
While I was in the tub, I used some of my Drop Dead Gorgeous Dead Sea Salt Scrub, and it did exactly as it intended. For me, any products from the Dead Sea are something extremely special – this relates to my Christian faith. Its the closest thing you can get to actually going to the Holy Land. I used this scrub on my legs, and felt a huge difference from one leg to the next when I was all done. You can see and feel the large granules of salt, and the scent is beautiful and reminds you of actually being at the beach, breathing in the salty, peaceful air. What makes it different from other scrubs is the size of the granules, the scent, and the overall feel of your skin once all of the dead, tired skin has been sloughed off. You don’t need to overwork your skin with this product – it works its magic on its own, and your skin doesn’t feel irritated afterwards. Overall, it was a wonderful product, and I am definitely buying some in the near future.
Calm Down! Face Mask
I tend to have sensitive skin when it comes to face masks, which was why I opted for this particular face mask. The combination of oatmeal, banana, avocado and chamomile made for an exceptional facial experience – and I fell in love with the product. I left it on for about 15 minutes, which was 5-10 minutes longer than recommended on the product spec sheet for good measure. When I rinsed the product away, I was so happy to find my skin no longer appeared dry, red, or irritated! Apparently, this product works wonders on sunburned and flaky skin as well – which, as most of you know, nobody wants to apply products to a sunburn because they hurt. This product actually relieves the redness, itching, and irritation, and provides moisture and calm. Upon falling in love with the product, I planned on being a repeat customer of this amazing stuff – and then, today, I found out the product has been discontinued. Needless to say, I was heartbroken. I am buying two containers of it to last me today. I might even opt for 3. I can’t imagine this product not being available anymore; I’m not sure why they discontinued it, but I plan to make an appeal to Perfectly Posh at some point today to please keep this product in inventory! You guys don’t even understand; I LOVE this stuff.
Sweet Dreams Night Creme
As mentioned earlier, I tend to have sensitive facial skin. Trying new night and moisture creams, for me, is generally a terrifying experience because I am prone to developing hives, breakouts, irritation and redness. I chose this product as I wanted to believe in it. I wanted to see if there was something natural that could work for my skin aside from using my Forever Flawless line, and natural oils like Olive Oil and Coconut Oil. I also use Grapeseed Oil sometimes as well.
This night creme moisturized in a fantastic way, and didn’t irritate my skin. It allowed me to wake up with a well moisturized face that didn’t feel greasy or oily, and it didn’t dry out my skin, either. It was the perfect balance of normal skin. I was very pleased with this product. It also smells beautiful. The spec sheet states, ‘Moisturizes deep and intense while you sleep sweetly with natural butters to aid and improve elasticity, infuse with moisture, and preserve the overall look of face and neck’. I don’t know about anyone else’s experience with this product, but for me, it upheld its claims and worked like a charm.
After all of the products were tested, I would buy every one of them – except for the Caffeinator, as I said I generally get enough sleep and look well rested. If I ever came to the point where, for some reason, I wasn’t getting enough sleep and or looked tired for some reason, I would surely purchase the product.

Today’s review is going to be based around Quaker Steel Cut 3 Minute Oats in Cranberry and Blueberry.

I belong to a website, http://www.BzzAgent.com, a product review website in which I receive various products to sample and review a few times a month. When I was asked if I wanted to take part in this review, of course I couldn’t say no! How could I? I am an oatmeal lover, and when it comes to steel cut oats – I’m obsessed. Next to Irish Oatmeal, it’s my favorite. When I heard they were releasing a brand new version – a quicker version – which incorporates all of the nutrition of the regular 20 minute steel cut oats, I was super excited and thought to myself, “let’s do this!”
I got my package in the mail yesterday, and included was a few coupons for the oats, as well as the product itself. It came in an 8 pack, which was perfect as I wanted my children to try it as well, and also for me to have a few extra days’ worth of oatmeal for myself. This morning, I put this product to the test.
What I noticed as soon as I heated the product up in the microwave was the amazing aroma that hit me in the face once I removed it from the microwave. It smelled sweet, hearty, and you could definitely smell the fruit. I was so excited to try my first bite!
Once I sat down with my bowl and took my first big bite, I analyzed the flavor, texture, and consistency, came up with the following findings.
I was instantly met with the hearty texture you would expect from a bowl of Quaker Steel Cut Oats, with the sweet, wholesome goodness of dried cranberries and blueberries. The instant the berries hit your tongue, you taste the tangy flavor they emit, followed by a burst of sweetness once you bite into them. The oats were remarkably similar to the longer cooking version, in a much faster time frame. Normally, steel cut oats require 20 minutes or so worth of cooking time in a pot on a stove. These oats cook up fast and furious in 3 minutes time, and provide all of the same nutritional qualities you would expect from Quaker.
The sweetness was definitely there, but it wasn’t overpowering, which is important to me because I am constantly monitoring my sugar intake. I am predisposed to diabetes, as it runs prevalent within my family, and I want to make sure I keep up on good health and healthy eating habits (for many reasons).
I was completely satisfied after eating a bowl of these oats, and left feeling full – but a healthy full, not the kind of full you might feel after a bowl of sugary, unhealthy carb laden cereal.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family as a quick, healthy, delicious way to start the day – without a ton of sugar (only 12 grams). It’s perfect for busy moms on the go like me, who need a quick meal fix, but who want to give their family the best, healthiest foods possible. Breakfast doesn’t need to be boring anymore!

I had the ultimate privilege this past week of receiving an amazing kit from one of the most luxurious companies known to the skin care industry – Forever Flawless Cosmetics. After speaking with them, they lightning shipped out an amazing product package to me via UPS and I got to try the products, and have been using them all week long. I must say – I have never been so impressed with a skin care company’s products as I have been with theirs – ever. Now, that’s saying something.
The products I received are as follows:
Forever Flawless White Diamond Collection (consisting of 1 Diamond Infused Facial Peeling Gel, 1 Diamond Infused Cleansing Complex, & 1 Diamond Infused HYDRA-AM Night Cream) Retail Value: $399
The first thing I noticed when I opened the box is the gorgeous packaging on each of the products. When I say gorgeous, that’s an understatement. The black and white pattern on the boxes looked artistic and classy, and was super pretty. I was very impressed by the boxes alone. It was when I opened each of the boxes that I literally had a jaw dropping, “Ooh,” and, “Ahh!” moment. With absolutely no exaggeration what-so-ever intended, I was so amazed by the beauty of the containers themselves, I had to show them off to everyone. They just looked so impressive and I knew I would put them on display for everyone to see!
I grabbed my camera and began snapping pictures immediately, because I just couldn’t wait to give these products a try and see if they worked as well as they were beautiful.
Not to my surprise, they worked as well as I knew they would. If a company would spend as much on their packaging and design as Forever Flawless does, the products have got to speak volumes – and undoubtedly, they did.
The Diamond Infused Cleansing Complex
This product left my skin feeling rejuvenated, clean, and well moisturized. It’s just the right amount creamy, just the right amount foamy, and gently exfoliates with the inclusion of the diamond dust to leave a smooth, polished, matte look that feels clean all day. I must admit, I used the product twice per day, and I generally I have dry skin during the winter months – even living in South Florida. This product didn’t dry my skin out, and didn’t affect my sensitive skin in any negative way. Overall, I rate this product a 10/10 – and I don’t think I have ever rated a product a perfect 10. I am definitely going to be replenishing this product when I run out. The best part, aside from the fact that I got to wash my face with actual diamonds, is the scent. I absolutely adore the fresh, clean scent of the product – and that makes me want to use it all the more.
The Diamond Infused Facial Peeling Gel
This facial peel was unlike any other facial peel I’ve ever used in the past. It spread on smooth, peeled easily without the need to use a washcloth to remove remaining product, and leaves your skin feeling supple, moisturized, and the pores feeling much cleaner than before the actual application. I believe this is attributed to the fine diamond powder within the gel itself that helps bond to the particles within the skin and helps lift them, as well as oil and debris from makeup. It leaves your skin looking like a fresh, new canvas and I can guarantee your skin has never felt so clear. I had two blemishes at the time I used the product. Typically, it takes days to get them to go away. After using this product, they were gone the next morning. Unbelievable! I would recommend this product to those with all skin types. Again, it didn’t affect my combination/dry skin in any sort of negative way, and worked perfectly as it was supposed to. I give this product a 10/10.
Diamond Infused HYDRA-AM Night Cream
This cream is without a doubt the best face cream I have ever had the privilege of using. I can’t tell you enough how fabulous it made my skin feel. The dryness I experience around the sides of my nose and between my eyebrows was instantly alleviated – and my entire face and neck just felt like it was drinking up the fabulous moisture this product provided. I was over the moon excited that I now have a product I can use that doesn’t make the oily parts of my face feel any more oily, but that actually somehow makes it feel more even and toned down. It was like, a miracle in a jar. Without any stretch of the truth, any woman of any age would benefit from this product and I would have to say this is my favorite product from the three piece set because I am never able to find a good moisturizer cream that a.)doesn’t make my skin feel more oily or greasy than it does in certain areas, and b.)actually works to alleviate the dry skin I experience, and keep it gone as if it were healed. It smells beautiful, feels so creamy and silky, and is truly unlike any other cream I have ever experienced before. Any woman would be doing herself a disservice if she didn’t try this product and experience the luxury of the product for herself.
I have to admit, this next one sounded a bit intimidating at first, but once I actually read into a bit more and did some research on their website, as well as read the product insert, I felt a lot more at ease about using the product.
Perhaps, now you can see my initial apprehension when hearing the name. When I read the product insert, it explained that the complex which is in this phenomenal product is actually a peptide that mimics the Polypeptide in the venom of the Temple Viper, allowing the facial muscles to relax instead of contract, therefore ridding the skin of fine lines and wrinkles as well as preventing any from forming. Now, I don’t know about you, but that’s a bit of a concern to me at 31 years of age. Although I’m still young and barely have any skin damage (other than the lovely freckles I inherited from my mother) or signs of aging showing as of yet, I do have some fine lines near my left eye and a couple really small ones on my forehead, and with just one simple application of the product, it was as if the lines diminished. I couldn’t believe the transformation. It was as if I never had them to begin with! My overall face took on a much more youthful appearance from this product alone. You only need a very small amount of product to smooth out and nearly remove all fine lines and wrinkles, and it can be used once per week.

Overall, these products made me look about 3-4 years younger. As it is, I get compliments all the time from random women on my skin, and they are shocked when I tell them my real age. They tell me I look anywhere from 21-23 years old. So to look about 3 years younger than that really makes me happy! Truly, I couldn’t be happier with these products and I would highly recommend and praise them up and down to anyone I could express it to who would take the time listen. For now, I suppose this review can suffice!

Review of Revlon PhotoReady Makeup in Shell; and Kate Moss’ Rimmel Lasting Finish Lip color in Rossetto
Today, I am doing a dual product review. I am excited to tell you all about my experience with these two products – both the good, and the bad.
First, we will begin with the foundation product.
Revlon Photo Ready Makeup in Shell
I bought this product on a ridiculous sale from the local Walgreens. Although I’m not exceptionally partial to drug store cosmetics, I had heard this product was a great one and provided even coverage and flawless skin. I figured it couldn’t hurt to give it a try since it was marked down to 50% off the regular price and I only paid $7.00 for it.
I gave the product a try after completing my normal cleansing and moisturizing routine. To my surprise, the texture was exceptionally thin and lightweight. I don’t mind the thinness most of the time, but to me, the product seemed like water. It was hard to get it to provide even coverage due to this. Now, I’m not sure if it has something to do with the fact that the product was on clearance – maybe it was wearing down to its last shelf life days – but it certainly wasn’t what I was hoping for or expecting. The product overall provided hardly any coverage, did nothing to help the blush I applied thereafter to stay put for the day, and did not essentially do its job.
I reapplied twice throughout the day – that’s something I don’t have to do with other makeup products – and still didn’t feel as though there was any coverage being applied. I suppose this product would work for a minimalist who likes to feel as though there is nothing there, and likes to look completely au natural – but in that case, you may just be better off in your natural skin. For me, this product was sub par, and I wasn’t happy with the results. I did use it with a primer at one point within the same day, and that had no bearing or effect on the product. It was ultimately a disappointment – but at the same time, what can you really expect to get out of a product that is A. sold at a drug store, and B. marked down on clearance?
I would advise you to buy with caution – there are far greater products on the market, and I would hate to see anyone throw money away on a product like this. I give this product 1/10 stars.
Kate Moss – Rimmel Lasting Finish Lip Color
The beautiful shade of this fabulous lipstick was what drew me to it. I am and always have been partial to deep, rich reds. It’s a color that wears nicely with my skin, and looks amazing, no matter the season. Again, I don’t typically spend money on drug store beauty products, however I do make exceptions when it comes to lipstick products.
This product was every bit as amazing as I had hoped it would be. With even coverage, fantastic blending capabilities, it’s ability to stay put for 8+ hours – even through drinking coffee, water, and eating throughout the day – and the semi-gloss look of the applied product really had me at ‘hello’. It was very true to color. The subtle scent of the product isn’t overbearing as with some drug store lipsticks, and actually wears better than any other Rimmel product I have tried in the past. I love the Kate Moss line, and will definitely be making quite a few purchases from that line in hopes every one of these colors will wear and feel just as fantastic. I am in love with this product. I definitely give it a 10/10.
